Registration fees are non-refundable and non-transferable. The Tuition is payable over a period of ten (10) months (July through April) within the first fifteen days of each month. Registration fee must be paid at the time of registration when the student is accepted into the school. The Book & Materials Fee (book rental, workbooks, special testing, limited school supplies) of $230.00 per student will be billed on the July invoice and must be paid no later than August 25.

Tuition Policy

• Tuition is due before the 15th day of each month. First tuition payment is due July 15th. The school office will be closed in July, so come in before June 30 or mail your July payment before July 25th.
• Payments may be made in cash, money order, check, Mastercard, Visa or American Express. Post-dated checks will not be accepted.
• Tuition payments may be made in advance.
• Tuition will be considered past due after the 15th day of each month. On the 26th day a late charge of $25.00 per family will be assessed on account balances over $50.00.
• A $25.00 fee will be charged to the account each time the bank returns a check for insufficient funds. After one returned check, personal checks will not be accepted.
• Students may not be admitted to class if an account is delinquent. Ref: Parent/Student handbook.
• In the event a student withdraws from St. Mary's School and has an outstanding balance, all grades and student records will be withheld until all account(s) are paid in full.
• Sixth grade students will not be permitted to participate in the commencement ceremony if the family's account(s) are not paid in full.
• A refund for tuition and/or material fees paid will be issued to students who cancel their registration according to the following schedule:
  • Prior to August 6th 100%
  • August 7th - August 11th 50%
  • After August 11th No refunds for tuition and/or material fees will be made unless a student is withdrawn at the school's request
